Celebrating the Joy of Reading and the Power of Words

Our school, John Dewey, organized a special program on 9th September to mark International Literacy Day. The program was organized to show the importance of education and literacy in our daily lives.

The program was held in the afternoon in the stage area. Students and teachers participated in various activities such as public speaking, recitation and storytelling. The students showed their love and enthusiasm for education.

The program ended with a closing speech from the Principal. The event was informative and enjoyable. It was simple and short. It encouraged the students to understand the importance of literacy and education overall.
